Terms and Conditions
1. Customer accepts terms and conditions upon payment for product(s) and services.
2. Full or 50% deposit payment reserves your event date. Balance must be paid 30 days before delivery or pickup date.
3. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
4. 50% refund for sales cancelled 30 days or less from the wedding date. 50% deposit is non-refundable. Signature cakes are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of pickup date. Credit cards processing fees will be deducted from refunds.
5. Delivery and setup fee is dependent on the location of the venue and will be stipulated in the final price. Date and time of delivery is decided between client and baker. Any changes to date or time needs to be confirmed at least 48 hours before original agreed date and time. Change to time on the of day of delivery is subject to a $25 fee and the new time cannot be guaranteed.
6. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after cake is delivered and/or setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy leveled table, and optimal room temperature is 68-75 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.
8. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
9. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, peanuts, and soy. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
10. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
11. If for any reason Linden Park Whisk needs to make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We will work to find a replacement gluten-free baker.
