Most wedding cakes are custom designed, so no two will be equally priced.

Wedding cake commissions start at $500 (not including delivery and set-up fees). Price is dependent on flavors, cake size, and complexity of the design. Cost per serving starts at $10 per serving for tiered cakes, before decorating. Depending on decoration, cost can range between $10-$14 a slice.

For smaller, single tier cakes, consider purchasing a signature style cake from the cake shop. Signature style cakes cannot be delivered.

Weddings book far in advance so it is best to book your cake six to eight months ahead of your wedding date.

I only take one wedding cake per weekend to make sure I give my utmost attention to detail to your cake and its design.

50% non-refundable retainer is required to book the cake for your event. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.

I like to meet couples for their consultation at my cake studio, located in my home in central-ish Seattle or at a local coffee shop. During the meeting we discuss details about your wedding, cake flavors, and design possibilities.

I request inspiration photos be emailed so the sketching process can begin. I seek inspiration in the wedding dress, invitation, floral bouquet, and more.

One design is sketched as a jumping off point. Up to three edits can be applied to the sketch.

Please keep in mind that I only work with buttercream, so fondant designs are not in my wheelhouse. And wafer paper and sugar flowers make a wonderful stand-in for real flowers. At this time I do not work with real flowers.

Yes. Cake slice tasting boxes have six slices, one slice for each flavor combination from the wedding menu above.

Order in the cake shop. They are only offered at the start of a season. Once they sell out more won’t go on sale until the start of the next season.

Yes, starting at $8 a slice, kitchen cakes can be provided as an add-on to a wedding cake order. Quarter sheet cakes are 4 layers and serve up to 54 servings. Half sheet cakes are 4 layers and serve up to 108 servings.

Yes. Minimum order for delivery is $400. Delivery fee starts at $75, not including tolls.

Delivery for 2-tier cakes and bigger is highly recommended.
